Growing up I've always loved cheesecake. Over time I tried many different kinds of recipes ranging from homemade, store bought, and restaurants. They were all made differently with different flavours and textures, and I noticed I liked my cheesecake a certain way. So on thanksgiving of 2018, I developed a recipe and made a cheesecake for my family and it was a major hit! I went on to bake cheesecakes for charity bake sales at work, and for gatherings with friends. Eventually I started receiving requests from strangers and that's when I decided to start Alli's Cheesecake. I am dedicated to creating high quality desserts made with the very best ingredients.
